Jacob, I am having similar problems with my Kawasaki Vulcan 500. It runs fine most of the time and then all at once it will spit and sputter. This is always when I am either picking up speed or going kind of fast. I back off the throttle and it quits. It doesn't do this all the time. In fact I can go sometimes 150 miles before it will do it, then other times I can go 25 or 30. Of course the bike shop says its hard for them to find the problem because they have never gotten it to do it. I live in California and was wondering if like you maybe its condensation or the temp + humidity. WHat do you think?
